No, it’s actually rather capitalistic to note that an employee can provide more value to an organization than the owners even. Look no further than finance itself for example, during the mortgage backed securities trading craze of the late 80’s many Wall Street banks gave (much) higher bonuses to their traders than even the CEO received, they got paid higher than the payouts to the shareholders even. Of course in today’s age of technocapitalism it’s considered a faux pas that human capital could somehow conceivably provide more value to a company than the algorithms instituted to run the company themselves, so I doubt you will ever see that again, but it has happened before where employees provided more value than anything else to a business.
