Do market corrections adhere to the rule of law? Isn't the rule of law not only about maintaining the safety of assets, but also provide a legal framework in which there are predictable outcomes to how the market itself operates? Doesn't that go against the ''predictable'' aspect of what the rule of law is intended to uphold? If the decisions are being made top down and the market has to correct accordingly, is this not going against the ''predictable'' aspect of the rule of law? I'm not saying it's unlawful, but there is just no actual way to predict when and how these corrections take place. And that makes it unpredictable and goes against the very concept of there being a free market.
