This fucking retard was completely clueless, i am a good dev not yet senior but i always manage to do shit. I like to do things well and build tests. I don't think this idiot understand the concept of test. After a while he decided i was too slow, gave me the work of 3people, and started stressing for impossible deadlines. I quit 2 months after this behaviour started. This guy ruined the project (web3 stuff) now my replacement is probably going to end up doing stupid shit because most devs can't be bothered to understand the code they work on

How do I get one of these jobs? Any certs needed? I'm assuming it's too oversaturated by now? Yes I do have some experience in tech and a CS degree if that helps.
