if nearly 100% of the people involved in the system are corrupt, maybe its the system thats the problem. The only reason anything in government gets done is by corruption, because how else would someone working for the gov benefit from it. We all work as minimally as possible at our jobs. When in sales you work hard to sell a lot because thats how you make money. At an office job how much work I do or dont do, doesnt matter.
