The impossibility of leaving britain
Leaving Britain isn't financially viable, before you move you need to do all this:

>Notify the HMRC about your move. you need to notify the HMRC and wait so they can send you a tax clearance notification so you dont get extradited and locked up for tax evasion.

>Let your local authority know and provide a forwarding address - leaving without letting the local authority know will just create all sorts of head aches. they will search high and low for you if you just disappear

>contact your bank to let them know so they can immediately cancel your debit card for not having a UK address, not doing this is known as fraud.

>Contact the utility companies, water, electricity and gas so that they can send you your final bill, if not, they can issue a high court notice and have you extradited back to the UK to face prison.

>contact national insurance so they can immediately cancel your pension

>contact royal mail and pay for your mail (bills, summonses etc.) to be forwarded to your new address in your new country

>Student loans: contact your student loan company for permission to leave, those with outstanding student loans will need to pay them off in full before leaving.

>contact your local police station to inform them of your intent to leave so they can check any outstanding warrants and any files they have on you or open cases can be passed on to the police in your new country.

>get legal advice - moving abroad can affect your legal standing, you need to have a solicitor on retainer in order to deal with any issues that may arise

>travel insurance - no country has the NHS, leaving britain means you will need to pay up to ยฃ50,000 per doctors visit without comprehensive travel insurance from a mainstream british insurance company.

you see its not that easy to just leave, put those silly thoughts out of your head, turn on the TV oh look, Bargain Hunt is on

They wont let you board the plane with a one way ticket. You have to present a return ticket. Also, if your tax bill isn't cleared you'll be stopped by passport control and asked to settle your taxes first before boarding so the plane will take off without you. Also the local authority will report you missing if you don't come back. they'll cancel your passport and have you flown back.

>pay your debts
>have an address on the country you are going to
>have a clean criminal record
>pay for your healthcare (no, it won't cost you ยฃ50,000 to visit an hospital like in the US)
>in Brazil a doctor consultation can be as low as $50

Those things don't seem too difficult, it's a lot of work but nowhere near impossible. If you are leaving Britain for good you won't need credit cards, house utilities and other services in Britain

no they dont, there are 200k missing persons reports every year if there is no family to push the constabulary very little will be done
especially concerning anything non domestic

this is bollocks btw
also travel insurance isnt what you need. you'll need to either pay into your new countries health system e.g. via your new foreign employer or have private health insurance (NOT travel insurance) that meets cover mandated by the host country
i typed all this up and realised it was time wasted responding to someone who has no idea about emmigrating

This is way overblown. 99% of US hospitals waive the bill if you just inform them you cannot pay it & have no insurance. The hospital uses it as a tax write off. If you wait to be billed you're using Healthcare wrong. All dentist offices will fuck you though, cant get out of that.

In the US you technically dont have to pay back medical debt. You can but if you prove you cant pay it back the taxpayers cover it.

You cant go to jail for medical debt and they cannot reject giving you treatment based on prior medical debt.

It is a loophole people don't think about.

It's crazy. Their entire island has a rich history of british, irish, and scottish ancestors fighting and dying to not be slaves to the romans or any other invading force.

Then the british grew into those same slave herding brutes that destroyed hundreds of cultures, murdered millions of innocent people, treated their neighbors as subhuman filth, and contributed to the dark ages of christianity.

After they became too big for their britches, they have devolved back into these swamp dwelling mongoloids that are fighting again to not be slaves on their home soil.

Learning civility and empathy from these people would be a fools errand.

Looks like a good business opportunity, help people leave by doing all those things for them and automate it. They get peace of mind knowing everything is done properly, you get a few hundred dollars for each person.
>travel insurance - no country has the NHS, leaving britain means you will need to pay up to ยฃ50,000 per doctors visit without comprehensive travel insurance from a mainstream british insurance company.
This is the most retarded idea, just pay cash out of pocket, 3rdie countries will be a few hundred dollars for health care and it'll be better and more timely than you'd get in any 1st world country.

Is it legit a prerequesite to leave Bongistan though? That's generally a recommendation given to travelers in most other countries, not an obligation
Also, it's true that most countries don't have an equivalent of the NHS, but some do, so do you have to take out insurance for those few?
But yeah, some countries in Europe act like open gulags to their own population, with torture and everything. At least it's a good place to make money, right?

I left Canada years ago. I just packed up and left. Didnโ€™t tell anyone. Filed my last tax return and left it at that. This was over a decade ago. I have had my passport renewed since then, gone back for visits, etc. and never had a hard time. You need to just be prepared to never go back. If you can get a 2nd passport somewhere else, do it asap. Don't go down with the sinking ship that is the UK.
