all commercial LLMs were trained on public works with no intent to remunerate or credit the original creators, and it doesn't seem like the legal system in any country is interested in addressing this fact

Unironically, like 80% of the world is so bad at capitalism because it's such a new concept to them. Not even talking about post-soviet states. Like Africa, they suck at capitalism. And I'm not talking about intelligence or race or anything.
