I believe I met these guys at a TED talk in Atlanta once so if you remember me (Cisco guy with the leprechaun hat), please respond here because I'd like to learn more about the project.
If I remember right, they were a bunch of cryptography guys trying to make a censorship resistant radio internet clone of IPFS that the FCC will allow on the airwaves.
These guys seem legit. No website but who cares. Looks like a Cayman Islands based project. Any legs?
