Cause in legalese usually means the person cannot perform their duty so they must be removed with "just cause" because something is preventing them

If fed cook had cancer and literally failed to go to work as often as she could, that'd be a just cause as she can fulfill her duties

Accusing her of a crime she hasn't even been charged yet via twitter is not a cause. She will get an indefinite injunction until the Supreme Court probably says the firing is illegal

>make just under 50,000€
>more than just about anyone I know
>barely allows me to buy a new small car, not even a Toyota Corolla which starts at 28k
>regularly see 35-45k cars on the road
So what's the trick?

Buying a 25k car would basically mean I do not invest at all next year since that's how much I put aside in my portfolio every year.

blue sky mania cant be predicted, i woudlnt bother be shorting it and if you're buying this sort of stocks you kinda have to expect that your potential downside is basically -90%

Cielo waste is prob the closest comparison to the mania happening to HGRAF, but since they neverr executed on getting actual revenue from all the blue sky potential hype, they just bled down -99% since 2021

imo it's better to chase plays where you can 2x or 3x your money but your downside is realistically only limited to -30% at most since there's an actual underlying business to the stock with actual assets, for the same reason someone who holds rental real estate is prob not gonna worry about their (insured) house going to $0 or even -50% (usually)

How did you get 20%, and how do you define success. How many years ago he developed this technology, which is very simple, how long to develop typical bomb pressure vessel, why so long to start making product given its so simple and the input chems are cheap and readily available? Seems the better the credit/higher income the debt can grow pretty big. Also there are BNPL options all over the place these days. Retarded consumers are likely pushing big debt loads.
>BNPL Tracker: 41% of Users Late in Past Year, More Using Loans for Groceries
>More than 4 in 10 (41%) users of buy now, pay later (BNPL) loans say they paid late on one of them in the past year, up from 34% just a year ago, according to a LendingTree survey.
>Nearly 1 in 4 BNPL users (23%) say they’ve had three or more active BNPL loans at one time. High-income people are the most likely income bracket to say so. Additionally, Gen Zers and millennials are twice as likely as baby boomers to say so.
>More than 6 in 10 BNPL users (62%) incorrectly believe that making on-time payments on BNPL loans helps their credit score. Only 13% say they don’t help your credit score, which is correct (for now), while 26% aren’t sure. Men and high-income earners are among the most likely to believe this falsehood. Younger Americans are more likely to think it than their older counterparts, but even 54% of boomers do.

Reminds me that the Medicis got around the rules about usury by charging huge late fees. There was an understanding that you would always pay back the loan late so you'd have to pay a fee, and if you paid it on time you'd get blacklisted from all the banks in Europe.

dont just blindly trust what the CEO or company says, you need third party independent sources, ideally industry experts but just being able to name multiple customers is also big
like if your ai solution has Microsoft, Walmart, Ford and Spotify etc as customers then even if you're not an industry expert on the product, you probably get a good idea that it's an actual product since big customers would have done their own due diligence before spending millions

i dont remember how scotia was like anymore coz they used to charge me $24.99 per trade so fuck i got out of that once i wisened up, but im pretty sure they kept it in "one" account but just catalog CAD/US separately but still the same account

i think once im done with moving around im prob going back to CIBC since they let you waive min balance/fees on chequing if you have $100k+ with them
Right now I'm going to milk webull for a transfer promo (they will start giving me CAD$10K over 12 months for "free" soon just for transferring) then i'll move
