The fed is a good thing and it was created for a good reason.
For all the screeching about the fed and central banking, nobody seems to be able to articulate why they dislike it beyond screeching about "DA JOOOOOS" or something.
It's a shame that we don't educate children about basic economics and economic policy, but I suspect you lot would still be retarded even if we did that.

Fed makes deep systemic collapses preventable. I'm not a huge fan of that, it's unnatural. Sometimes a comet must kill all the dinosaurs and make space for other, new, living creatures.

It's a direct encroachment on the liberty of the people, both as a collective and as individuals. It ALSO lets the government pick winners and losers in the economy which is probably something that should have been explicitly forbidden in the constitution from the start (although the prohibition on any money other than gold and silver is just being flat out ignored so whatever).

Also the amendment that created it is illegitimate and should be thrown out.

The nation is a means to an end, that end is to preserve the livehood and well-being of its citizens. The FED quite literally destroys the livehood of it's citizens and centralized the whole economy in the hands of unelected "officials" who aren't even american

if you don't like the fed, then don't use it. seems pretty simple to me! :)

unironically though, you can just skip banking entirely.
>b-but i'll be worse off!
yeah? you've just admired that the fed is kinda useful.

>no dividends
ah well, the chart is close enough, right? like dividends are basically nothing, just a few percents. probably just rounding errors!
