Objectively no, but people in mountainous or hilly areas will charge ridiculous prices for a "view" you can often get just by being willing to walk or drive a few minutes from more reasonable residences. I get it though, I still dream of having a kino view from my home. That said high up places often have their own share of problems, such as landslide risk and poor water pressure.
