Ask literally any American that visits Europe. It's a museum. It feels quaint. It feels provincial. "Here is my tiny apartment, here is my little bike, maybe one day I'll be rich and afford a tiny car."

>when will you retire?

"70, because I live barebones paycheck to paycheck and have no real ability to earn above a rigidly middle class level."

It's grim. For some of you, that might seem great, a small time, provincial, 1915 standard of living. For those of us with ambition and a desire to build something, it's horrid.

I never understand this line of reasoning. USA felt bland and boring because there were no old buildings (outside some in new york). Old buildings look better than new ones. And we also have new buildings. The provincial thing is hilarious. I literally never think of USA when i think of trends. Fashion? It’s always some tacky few years behind version of european fashion. My favorite music style (electronic music)? USA is years behind. The festivals and clubs are tame compared to europe. I just think of USA as that backwater place that is literally decades behind europe in societal and welfare structure development.

I know, i visited Miami too. You go 10 km from the city center and the infrastructure already looks like it’s chernobyl. In Paris you have the luxury shops in the center but almost no homeless. They are a sign that your society has stagnated. Post growth. It's all about clinging to the old structures that your ancestral betters built during boom and growth times. Men acting faggy and like "fashionable" dandies isn't a good sign, it means they're neglecting their role as a utility. Americans dress like utilitarians. Basic, efficient, useful clothing, not tight "Euro cut" bullshit and fag shoes. Everything you're saying is like this

>we've stopped building new things
>we've stopped caring about function, utility, and more about vanity
>our focuses are on absorbing the remaining resources and dividing them up to be pissed away on various aging, dependent classes

This is not good anon. It's not good. How can you not tell? Seems like many in the EU are getting wise to it. 2010-2025 has not been a good period for the EU vs China/USA. Do you think it's going to magically course correct? By continuing to make fun of the American mode of life? (workmaxxing/buildmaxxing/spendmaxxing) One day your legacy fund is going to dry up, and it's coming sooner than you'd think thanks to the boatloads of useless foreigners you import in.

I don't know if we should be flaunting our GDP right now. Our market is propped up by everyone dumping money into mag 7 in the hopes of eliminating even more jobs. Our college educated under 30 are unemployeed sitting at their parents home occasionally eating propaganda; they will be fascists or socialists or whatever flavor of radical want to be revolutionary because they have no reason to live except to service debt and if lucky enough to wage keep SS solvent for 30 more seconds. The middle class is gone, I and two other working age adults all making at or near six figures pool resources to cover one mortgage and an extremely modest life style. I hate my life but the fighting age males marginallyyounger than me don't even have access to this. Outside of some nepotism I engage in personally I don't know how many of my peers are actually getting on at all. Homelessness is up, auto repos are on par with GFC. We have all this land and use it to fuck over our own kind and eventually ourselves. The sooner it takes a shit the better, we can bounce back because of our mass but nothing about our current state is exemplary or sustainable. 80% of the population injected a terminator gene into their blood and this is being slow walked in media. Even now the marginally higher rates are actually causing housing principal to fall and be more affordable and the current Admin is fighting tooth and nail to make line go up mostly because we can no longer ignore our debt and cannot afford a market crash with society breaking. Our GDP includes making and "selling" bombs to turn Palestinian rubble into smaller rubble. None of it is real outside of data centers sucking the country dry, fyi there isn't enough power for current load much less projected.

Mississippi has a decent amount of filthy rich people and a lot of really poor people. This averages out to a GDP per-capita that's low by American standards, but which seems reasonable. What's actually happening is that a lot of people are living essentially in war refugee third-world conditions (open sewers, no heating or cooling in the house, poor education, no jobs) while a few (((families))) hoard most of the opportunities and wealth.

a lot of properties in FL are becoming uninsurable or the premiums so ridiculously high it does not make sense to take out insurance.

I'm American, but you have to admit Europe culture and history mogs us. Their towns, villages, and cities also mog ours. We have great nature and if you are extremely rich you can live a very comfortable life here but still, I think the ideal would be a European location with an American salary and benefits. Of course, this is extremely difficult to find and most Euro countries are not letting in Americans (perfectly understandable).

Realtors fuck up listings trailer homes in trailer parks. They often put 0 for Association fees and conveniently leave out 55+ community so you enquire about it. So if the price seems too low, its that way for a reason.

The wording you are looking for down in the other property listing details is "Property Subtype: Manufactured Homeon Real Property". This means trailer home on its own land.
