It was for an associate role. Tbh I was completely overqualified since I am a sr manager but I am desperate to leave my job and take something with less work.

Got an automated rejection at 1am. At least google had the nerve to call me after 4 rounds of interviews....

Have you guys thought that maybe you should get a job in a field that is actually needed? 4 round interviews tell that they are in no actual hurry to hire people. Doctors or nurses don’t get that shit.

I had about 10 interviews for FlixBus. I knew at interview 2 that I’d like the job. By interview 5 it was “meet the team”, seemed ok. I asked what they liked about working at FlixBus expecting some dumb response about how they liked something in the company culture. This one guy flat out said his last company was “too pale, too male, and too stale” (said by a White male) with the manager and HR present. The interview itself had like 2 non-white males, one white female (HR) and 7 White males.
I should’ve asked him to report it but I then decided I didn’t want the role since HR and the manager said nothing about it. I continued to waste their time with interviews and when the offer came I rejected it citing that comment from a potential future coworker.

I miss working, It's comfortable to play with cryptos all day at home and have things like npc paying for my food, but I miss feeling like I'm really putting effort into something instead of feeling paranoid all the time
