Nah, I'd invest in real estate, let some company run it for %, and basically do whatever I want. Just sleep a lot, workout, play vidya games, go camping, visit my parents etc.

Yeah but it would be a relatively insignificant amount.
Trading $100k is effectively inconsequential for downside risk while still opening the possibility for significant upside return.
