im nearing the end of my contract now. Can't claim ptsd because i basically just had a deskjob but I want to try for tinnitus/ear damage. Don't really know where to start though

idc what you do as long as you aren't suddenly SUPER SAD and/or pregnant during deployment workups. get all you can from the VA, hope you get 100% honestly

they can reevaluate your hearing with a new baseline ONCE so you're probably fucked if you haven't been to medical yet. You could get some impact statements from your peers, actually goes quite a long way for decisions but the first step is probably to get treated at medical before your exit physicals

Thanks. I've mentioned hearing loss and tinnitus before to doctors because i do legitimately have it from my job but no official examinations so we'll see how it goes.
