I have a bit of liquidity in the xrp/rlusd am pool as an experiment.
The price of xrp is now lower than when I put it in so if I were to withdraw 100% now I would have more xrp than I started with, but less rlusd, and the total usd value of my liquidity tokens is less than when I started.
If xrp were to skyrocket right now I’d end up with more rlusd than I started but my xrp would be drained to 0. And I’d end up with way less rlusd than if I just held xrp through the gigapump.
I think the fees currently equate to about 7.5% apy for the rlusd/xrp amm so it’d be pretty decent for a return if I knew xrps price would be relatively stable.

As a tool, it's going to be a lot less efficient at its current price; especially with the scale of different currencies that will be moved.
And banks will need to hold much larger quantities of XRP.
