that's a trailer (you rent the land) in a 10% white area

Is that a breaking bad reference?

it's not a trailer, it's a manufactured home.
anyway, that's a lot of money for a manufactured. and if you pay lot fees there's no point. you're just paying to rent land for the house you can't easily move. what you should want is to own the land as well. then you just have to pay the much-lower rent called property tax, which is not ruinous but still unjust (property tax should be assessed once, not yearly, there's no reason for a yearly assessment except to bleed money from the landed class).

>Homes are too expensive in Americ-ACK!

Why does /biz/ always lie? There are plenty of cheap houses in the US. But zoomers all want to live in the same handful of extremely expensive cities, and they act shocked when they can't afford anything. Try looking at other regions of the country, dipshits.

I watched this show Hometown on HGTV. They sell houses in bfe, MS super cheap. Lowest I saw was $12k.

I've lived in a bunch of cities but honestly living in Philly, LA, Seattle, and Austin has some nice stuff, Albuquerque has no redeeming qualities. Move to Santa Fe

you don't understand they MUST live in the city
and not just any city out there, but the most developed and competitive city you can imagine
and they would rather rot in poverty, complain about inequality and vote for literal commie mayors because they are not there to engage in commerce or a business but because they NEED an urban environment or else they'll go crazy

Cool, now let me work my office job remote so I can move to an affordable area while also not having to take a 40% paycut to live and work in an economically failing area
