Its a very niche urban culture. They go to exclusive pubs, like to hangout with equally trashy punks or goths, they like to go to pubs with live metal/rock music, and some, like to go to places like cemeteries. They are the most active at night ofc, because if they are pale skinned, they really hate the idea of getting a tan.
