it doesn't really matter, just whatever one has lots of branches near where you are and the best online service. consider credit cards you might apply for with them and other loan services.

How old are you?
Try to find one that will waive the account fee for you based on age. They usually say this on their site somewhere. Its why I use the bank I currently do.
