French company i work in switched from a local IT helpdesk to an MSP from india
They NEVER resolved tickets under SLA or fucking bounced them around and said its user error 99% of time, and when they had to remote control, they always spoke the most broken english so you never understood wtf they wanted

Resulted in users literally not making tickets anymore and solving their own problems, at some point though we had enough and all filed a complaint to the CTO who then cut the MSP off as soon as we found 2 people for our own helpdesk
