I am at my wits end.
How in the hell can I buy bitcoin using cash without KYC? I have a hardware wallet but nothing is in it because I have no idea how to buy crypto using cash WITHOUT KYC.
I have scoured the internet for days, watched youtube videos, and every attempt I make either ends without a cash option or asks me for a selfie.

Can someone please tell me how to buy bitcoin without kyc using United States dollars?! This is ridiculous.

you can use one of those bitcoin ATMs that charge like a 30% fee and then use their wallet code they give you to transfer to a dex but other than that I think you pretty much have to use CEX as an onramp

Thanks, I just gave them all of my information and THEN I find out I cannot use them in the United States.

This is a sick joke. Really, it is. I am physically unable to buy crypto. It is impossible.

You can't. You are just liquidity for the privileged in sanctioned countries like Iran, North Korea, Cuba etc. These are generals, parliamentarians, judges, ministers who can easily exchange bitcoins for US Dollars because they have connections and can either use the domestic banking system or pay currency smugglers (mules).
That's the ONLY value of crypto. As soon as this cohort of sanctioned individuals and institutions find a more efficient method this entire ponzi scheme will collapse.
But if you live in America or any American vassal state you just have to go through KYC and be a law abiding goy. Not even drug traffickers are able to easily exchange crypto anymore such is the extent of institutional oversight that the retarded crypto community invited with open arms in their endless greed.

Maybe I will start with Monero.
I am not beholden to bitcoin, I just thought that would be the first coin I would start with. Of course I plan on building out a crypto portfolio.

>>60908772
Crypto will be just a small part of my investment portfolio. I am not risking what I cannot afford to lose.

Anon, crypto is a scam
You are trying to solve only one part of the puzzle. When you buy crypto. I am 100% sure that you can do it with cash. And it's not the main problem
THE PROBLEM IS THAT BITCOIN IS NOW WAY MORE CENTRALIZED BEYOND SALVATION
And the most challenging part starts when you want to cash-out. Because almost all CEXs will ban your assets requiring KYC AND SOURCE OF FUNDS. Moreover even if you all your money are legal, all taxes payed etc, there is another jewish scam called (((dirty))) coins. Exchange can block your assets if they suspect that you have (((dirty))) coins.
Yes, anon, not all coins are equal when it comes to bitcoin.
> you can accidentally get a (((dirty))) coin
> it taints your wallet (address)
> CEXs blocks your withdrawal transaction demanding explanation

Also CEXs can block even clean coins if for instance you have been keeping it for (((too long))) For instance if you bought a coin in 2012 and it was just sitting in your wallet since then, most likely withdrawal attempt will be blocked

> inb4 Monero
You can go this way. As in Monero, as far as I know, all coins are equal and not (as) traceable.
But once again, CEXs (assuming they even accept it, kek) can demand to show paperwork showing how you got those coins. And if you bought them for cash... Well, I am curious about it too. So if anyone has such experience please share

That being said, crypto (especially bitcoin) is a scam and centralized. Your cash is not traceable unlike it. If you plan to just convert cash to crypto thinking that it's more reliable (better storage than cash or a bank), think twice about how you will convert it back to FIAT in your country
Cashing large amounts of crypto (even perfectly valid and clean) via CEXs will almost always be banned either by an exchange or your bank

If anons, disagree, please share your thoughts too

So it sounds like KYC is the only sure way to go, unless you want to
- stay in a crypto economy, and never cash out
or
- go completely criminal.

This. If you ever plan on cashing out to your bank, do it properly via a KYC exchange. Otherwise there's no reason to do crypto anyway.

Yes, but ATMs have cameras. If some dude with a facemask shows up and tries to launder $100k they'll probably alert the authorities and block the ATM.

>>60912134
No, you can buy crypto for cash but than you will probably have to convert them to cash too (and if you struggle to buy coins for cash in your country, you will probably struggle to find a way to get cash for them).
KYC is just a part of an issue (it violates your privacy, if you care about privacy). The other part is CEX can ask for paperwork that confirms that the crypto is yours and I have no idea how to do it if you bought them for cash. You can certainly show them that you had that amount of cash, but I wonder if it will be enough for them. Maybe it will, but I am not sure
