I have a special earning opportunity living near the Oktoberfest

I could rent out my room to rich anglos for 100-150 Euro or more per night. People pay absurd prices during that time.
Would you do it? I dont need my room during this time.
They could vomit or damage it but thats why there is a deposit.
And should i ask my landlord before? Im technically not allowed to do it without him.

Your lease prohibits you from creating a hotel because homeowners insurance does not cover such things. Your landlord's insurance policy will mandate that they evict anyone who violates this.

Well yes i guess but subletting up to 8 weeks per year is completely legal and covered in Germany if the landlord agrees.

When I was in the army over there they had shuttles from the base that would drop you off at 8 in the morning and pick you up at 8 at night. Those were the days. I was there for 4 years and never got any tacky lederhosen. Sad stuff
