Is there any point in “cashing out”
I can pay for all my day to day stuff including clothing, toiletries, food, with sketchy crypto debit cards i load with only what im spending that day. I can also buy mainstream gift cards with crypto. I can even get some cash out of an atm. I pay the landlord cash every month. I take an Uber or a bus or ride my bike or walk. I don’t care about “investing” in real estate or starting some gay business, the idea of paying tax on top of tax then pay tax again sounds so bad it actually motivates me not to participate in the system.
whats the point of cashing out for someone like me

Only point of cashing out is extended bear markets. Dollars are just a speculative position on prices going down

Yes.
Your imaginary money doesn't mean shit. Cash in the mattress is king.

You'd be potentially holding through an 80% dump during a bear market

You’re so cooked my man. Every time you convert to a Stablecoin or to any other crypto, it’s a taxable event. Enjoy the bill, hopefully you haven’t been doing this for years :^)

Cashing out just means your folio is 100% cash. Unless you believe that everything is going to collapse but fiat isn't going to get fucked somehow, there's no point
