Only reason alts are moving up with btc at all is because of exchange+whale arbitrage bots. Same thing when btc goes down, they'll sell. Difference is, btc has institutional demand while alts no longer have any normie money flowing into them, hence why alts now have much weaker pumps than previous cycles.
