I am a GME investor. The CEO of GME attempted to buy a now bankrupt company multiple times. He is listed in court documents as a creditor to that company as recently as 2 months ago. The estate for that company is suing him for violating an insider trade rule. His defense appears to rely on material non-public information. The unique CUSIP-6 identifier for that bankrupt company was just used to issue warrants for another company with identical terms to the warrants just issued by GME. That other company owns 55% of a blockchain securities exchange that would allow for true price discovery of my GME investment. There is not one single example of the CUSIP-6 for a company being used to issue securities for a completely unrelated company.

It is also very interesting that 3 months after the CEO of GME first bought shares in 2020, GME updated their S-3ASR to include language on units. I think it would make a lot of sense that shorts have already begun exercising warrants, just so they can dump more gme shares into the market. They would be exercising and selling for a loss, but that's basically like a premium to short.
Considering how fast the share and bond offerings got bought up, it's clear that someone is desperate for more gme liquidity. And the warrants are a doubled edged sword for shorts. The warrants provide more shares to flood into the market, hence dilution, but it comes at the cost of donating money right into gamestop's pockets.
It would be nice if gamestop could share updates on if they've earned any money from exercised shares.

Lots of different things across all brokers are happening with the warrants.
Etrade gave my warrants an adjusted cost basis, while also changing the cost basis on my original gme position. Which means they basically treated it like a stock split. My cheapest gme share now has a cost basis lower than the low of 2024.
