Maybe, but clearly something has to happen when a major switch like Swift or the Fed gets flipped.
And at least this mass liquidation event dislodged a lot of the fossilized liquidity in the usual shitcoins, ghostchains, and meme trash.
So a big fat reshuffle seems imminent.
