It is permanent now. The last chunk of retail just got crushed, people will never again touch crypto. Only institutions will be buying and selling it, which means % markets instead of x.
And the bear market will be ridiculous as well. No more 85% drops, once it stabilizes around 20k bitcoin will only do 15% up or downs, like gold. The beast was tamed.
