It has been crystal clear in the last 4-5 months that Wegowy and Ozempic have been rapidly losing market share to Zepbound and Mounjaro. So much so that there has been virtually no growth in Wegowy's prescriptions in the US (since July) beyond the CVS bump. However, we do not know the numbers for the last two months, but the analysts would have said if something drastic had happened. Zepbound has just rocketed upwards all year and overtook Wegovy around summer.

On top of that come compounders.

Novo Nordisk has NO answer. The new CEO has NO answer. In fact, he has refused to publicly address the problem. He can manage to be a "tough guy", but can he also manage to sell the product?
