I added it to my planning a few months ago for sure, but I don't know when.

I don't follow the train of thought that adding 1 more to my watching means the season is bad. Shouldn't it be the opposite in theory? I don't think most of my currently watching ones are particularly memorable though.
12 in my currently airing where 11 are from this season and 1 is leftover from last season, in theory that should be strong, but it really isn't and I might drop a few of them but it's not like I have to watch more than 1-2 episodes a day to keep up. There's only two of these shows I really want to watch and would watch outside of the season too if I missed them (The other is the Fumetsu one that I and only I am watching).
The last season was absurdly strong, this one is weak in comparison, but I am not really bothered by that.
