Gold top? Silver top?
Next year we will have a liquidity crisis so everything will go down. Gold and silver can correct +40%

Silver, yes. Gold, no. Half the world's central banks are backstopping gold and they have no desire to sell gold for debasing dollars.

No it is not. Liquidity problems mean that any asset will get sold to pay up debt. Gold and silver included. No exceptions.

ChatGPT says the last two silver spikes (1980 and 2011) crashed because COMEX raised margin requirements. It also said that this spike is less likely to crash because it's more physical and less paper.

What percentage rate loan is it worth taking right now to buy gold? I feel that with hyperinflation nearly guaranteed it can't be a losing bet but I'm an eternal poorfag

/biz is literally you. Nobody here is shorting Gold. Most people don't even know how to.
The reality is rapto jeets will move over to PMs now that their alts are dead and BTC underperforms even Gold.

Welcome to the 1924 crack up boom everybody. If you sell your assets for 3,4,5x!!! the fiat currency you bought them for you will be dead broke by the end of the decade.

In the next 5-7 years, gold and silver may optimistically peak as high as 50% further over their current value, though it will be a temporary top that most will probably miss the sell opportunity on before it settles back down to approximately the same value it always was while keeping up with inflation.

Meanwhile my BTC will 10x. Food for thought.

Boomers will start dying within 10 years.
Gold and silver will go down , gold will likely get to a level and stabilize
>gold is the largest asset of US gov and they may decide , say they need $10K gold to pay off gov debts.

It's hard to tell where the silver will go , on one hand it has been a very shorted asset whos price has been suppressed for decades. On the other hand it is an industrial metal and can't be priced very high , or industries won't make it.
My guess that silver will go up 2-3x easily, if not 4x, but can be knocked down way before that.

ChatGpt is clueless. There's 100x of digital gold and silver vs. real one.
So, technically COMEX-Crimex can keep short selling both to oblivion.
But it is likely that US gov needs gold and silver prices higher, so they'd tell Comex to stop doing that.

they're selling gold bars at costco and my taxi driver today was telling me about gold CFD's and the "commodity boom". He was also told me a story about how he lost $30,000 in the casino when he was younger, and stocks are better because "they always end up going higher, you just need to wait long enough"

idk, I sold after hearing that

Itโ€™s crazy how retards like you are still around.

Youโ€™ve said literally the same thing about bitcoin literally every 2-3 years for nearly 2 decades now.
>a market cap of $1 million? Das crazy!
>a market cap $100 million? Das crazy!
>a market cap of $1 billion? Das crazy!
>a market cap of $1 trillion? Das crazy!

You repeat the same thing every time, lose out on massive gains, see how you completely missed out, then double down, and you do it over and over again. Itโ€™s not my problem you want to lose so bad, I just genuinely donโ€™t get it.

Bitcoin is an oldest crypto.
So it had 15 years to grow and accumulate the market share.
It is slow.
It requires huge resources to mine, and some random joe (or big corp with a cloud server farm) can randomly mine them .
The value is because it's the oldest crypto that everybody knows about that also went 100x
>(i.e. MARKETING mostly)

I own a tiny amount of Bitcoin because all big money flowing INTO Crypto flows into Bitcoin first.
>and bots up trade it too
So , basically any money flowing into a crypto market right now By Default are flowing to Bitcoin .

Will this continue? no.
Can bitcoin go 2x? Easy. I am giving it 50% that it will 2x.
Will Bitcoin find $20 TRILLION dollars in additional assets it needs to 10x? Unless US gov says Bitcoin is going to be a gov reserve -Extremely unlikely.
>if US gov says bitcoin is part of the reserve then 250k is likely, $1 mln is possible

At the same time, could Eth and XRP go 10x? Very easily, very likely.

>It is slow.

Incorrect

>It requires huge resources to mine, and some random joe (or big corp with a cloud server farm) can randomly mine them .

Incorrect (97% of supply will be distributed by 2028, around 95% already is right now)

>Unless US gov says Bitcoin is going to be a gov reserve

Extremely likely. Governments globally will all follow suit the second a major power makes a BTC reserve publicly known which will skyrocket the price to a couple million $ or more. This is why they are being cautious and accumulating quietly with a different public face.
