for example, rich neets might have a biz, they can of course hire another biz to do marketing or something but real biz might requires kyc and whatnot

so with my platform rich neets can list whatever tasks for the poor neets to do and pay them with crypto

I've been thinking about paying someone to do UI art/design/layouts/polishing for my game, just to give me something I can copy. I have a lot of it functional with default buttons, but idk how to make it pretty. I tried copying zelda's botw ui for dialogue and that seems to look nice, but I've been working on the character creator and it looks so shitty.
Where can I find people that can do this sort of work well? It's a passion project as well so I can't afford much.
