This is not fraud, it is completely legal, it is not hard at all to manipulate the market inside the rules, and this is what hedgies are great at doing. What we have to do is to outplay them.
The play is very simple, flood the market with naked shorts, price drops, retailers are scared, price drops more, fill the shorts at this lower price, deliver the shares in a legal interval. Them they say that price dropped because of fundamentals, what is true most of time and why naked short are not a big deal most of time. But this is not the case with meme stocks. What is needed to do is not being scared, maintain the price higher so they have to buy these shares at higher prices to be complaint.
