Why are married people so rich and get favored for promotions?!
High school never ended.

Just give it 30 years of your life to a company and you'll be as "successful" as the boomer fucks you praise

>create system where the kids of jews/rich people already get favored
>nerdy guys get turned down by roasties
>sometimes for years at a time they can't get a full time job
>they never develop confidence, continue to be nerds, are poor, can't get gfs
>when they finally do get jobs you still discriminate against them because they don't have gfs/wives because they were too poor to go on dates
>years later people wonder why crime and school shooters are more common than ever
Lol
Lmao

There's a couple things to unpack here:

If you marry a good woman and she doesn't divorce rape you, marriage is a powerful wealth building tool because you get significant tax breaks and potentially a second income. Even if your wife doesn't work, if she's actually a legit housewife that means you have someone to cook, clean, and take care of the house. All of this is pretty burdensome to do if you always have to do it by yourself and can't share the responsibility. Being single is way better than a bad relationship, but a good relationship is way better than being single.

Married men also are just usually seen as more normal and well adjusted. A married guy with kids is more relatable to other married guys with kids. Whether or not you're married is not a deciding factor in any promotion, but it does make a big impact on how you interact with people. And that IS a deciding factor in most promotions.

married people act on the belief and the financial reality that they are precariously stuck with the other person (and their kids) so they have every incentive to maintain stable employment and seek advancement.

also, a spouse is an infuriating thing. much of the ceaseless motivation of married couples comes from their reaction to constant mutually traded psychological attacks which are more often than not totally unconscious.

There's an implicit understanding that a married man is trapped. He needs to keep his wife happy or else she will take everything. An unmarried man can quit for any reason, a married man generally doesn't have such luxury.

>married people
Married people are more stable for employers with much less risk. I don't job hop for more money because I have kids and want stability and health insurance for them. Nor do I ghost the job or hit on chicks, etc.

The risk is taken trading and side hustles, not the job.

Worst case just buy a ring and pretend you are married. Use AI to generate photos of you and your wife, and kids if needed. Have AI write you memories of you and your wife/kids to instill a sense of real experiences that will influence your mannerisms around coworkers. Give them all names and put up the photos in your room so you can get used to your new life. That way everything will come naturally when talking to coworkers.

>have dual income
>get to buy property early, fixed mortgage eventually becomes dirt cheap thanks to inflation and being able to refinance for free
>get tax breaks
>if it's a properly run household, all extra income from the woman can be transferred to the man for investments, which can then grow earlier
>these allow the woman to eventually work less/become a stay at home mother and avoid paying any additional childcare costs
>man is happy because he is in a more comfortable living situation being aided with housework, and has family to cultivate and contribute to, allowing him to be more productive and engaged at work and ambitious in other areas of life
>marriage signals being socially well adjusted and being more stable/less likely to be an unstable or impulsive person, so older and more stable people/their superiors are more likely to view them favorably

Because maintaining a marriage and a job essentially require the same skillset and they will also feed off each other.

I'm kind of amazed how much Psycho-Pass predicted about where society was going. Except it's nowhere near as aesthetic.

I'm married and I am not rich, I earn 62k per year before tax.
I doubt I will ever be promoted.
I'm strongly considering becoming an electrician or pipefitter at this point

>High school never ended
I'm 32. I got into med school, but holy fuck it's just like high school. Cliques, mean girls, everyone is an asshole. And to top it all off, I'm old as fuck compared to everyone. Sometimes they treat me like I have leprosy. Doesn't help that I'm ugly as well. Social events are literally just for the cool, popular, attractive people. I feel like such a god damn loser here, it sucks. They also have all the good notes from former students and they study together. Being attractive is such a cheat code, I feel so bitter that I can't experience it. Been depressed as hell lately.

If you were good looking and chill about your age, like ”yeah i wanted to chance my career, that happens” and accepted your role as being older than most students, you would be accepted into the 32 yo guy role. You’d have to be like an older brother to the younger guys but you should absolutely be getting pussy from all the young chicks with your general life experience and ”older guy” status. Young women find hot, confident older guys exciting and you should be able to man-handle them with your experience.

I graduated from medschool at 29 at during the last year 1-2 year student chicks already started wanting me as a more mature guy/wanted me to finance their life in exchange for sex lmao. But i remember the 20 year old guys seeming young compared to me when i started medschool at 24 year old. But by 29 i didn’t give a fuck anymore and was having fun with the young dudes as an older brother kinda dude. Just don’t suck, be fun and cool.
