Most Senior Management and C Suite are so far separated from doing actual work, heads collectively stuck far up their asses, that they don't know who does what in an organization and will fire high performers without realizing it. This will continue until these same overpaid execs get replaced by AI.

Higher ups think all humans are just interchangeable units. They think they can just replace you with an Indian with the same credentials and get the same results. Slowly, over time, this has been causing what is called the "incompetency crisis" because not only are indians sub human to begin with, but their credentials are often fake or the school they went to was a complete joke. Eventually some shit will break and the only ones left to fix it will be pajeets with half your skill half your education and they get what they paid for.
