Yes until you’re playing with volume. Pretty low risk to make bets when you’re dealing with a couple of thousand bucks. If you lose it you can make it back from one wagie check. When you get into high six figures or seven plus you think twice about putting all your money into something because even a small 2% dip becomes months of waging and a 10-15% dip might be an entire year’s salary you could lose in a day. I have multiple times now watched my portfolio fluctuate $500k+ within a week in assets I believe in. Imagine throwing everything into a gamble you aren’t event 100% sure about hoping for green the next morning. Not worth the stress.

No, because if you repeat this 10 times, you will end up losing at least 1/3 to 2/3s of your account.

Well you need to know why it turned green, otherwise you're just gambling obviously.

that's true
most brokerages in the US don't charge fees for share transactions
the only thing mine charges fees on is options, and I think those can be waived somehow...

Try SPX options next. I had some SPX monday expiry options in my watch list yesterday, and on just this move, one contract went x3, from sub 1k to 3k in 2 hours

What if you do this on 10 stocks and it turns out you have to wait 10 days for that first green day for 7 of them? Still worth it?

Options valuations have absolutely loony tunes rollercoaster tycoon swings, it looks probably scary to novices seeing your entire account deep in the red for the day basically as a function of almost noise.

If you have 8 figures in your account you probably work as a lawyer anyway so why the fuck do you care? You're not investing to "make it and fuck sluts in japan/thailand/whatever" you're investing because you're a new york jew bigshot flexing on people with insider trading.

'luck' is really just the continuation of a bullish trend. If you assume nvidia will keep going up then watch for a 1-2% dip in the morning, set your buy and then sell when it goes back up 2-3%. If it doesn't, then sell when it does, since nvidia is in a bull trend. Easy, no?
