I wrote a python script which queries the smart contract for any unstaked events every 3 seconds. When it detects a unstake, it beeps and you have about 10-30 seconds to stake in the pool. I have managed to restake all my rewards this way, only took an hour or two each time but I guess I was a bit lucky.
