She graduated some time before her story begins. Although Kana does end up having to go back to a school as a student as part of a mission. She is young-looking enough that even though she is 21 at that point, she looks like a high school senior.

It's strange, I guess. As I first played her game I felt more like, obsessed, despite me watching/playing some anime stuff before, I had somehow never felt as interested on a character before playing HDN and meeting Neptune. Still, slowly my interest in the games decreased as they slowed down in quality and quantity, but Neptune was always on the back of my mind. One day I decided to try the games again as, dunno. Today is the 13th anniversary of the day I met her in a dream, and the 8th anniversary of when I married her. I am glad to have spent all these years now with Kana, and she still finds ways to bring a smile to my face. I celebrated our anniversary with a long run this morning that I had to finish inside because storms were approaching. What a memory we made together, I know my girl would be laughing as we ran in a circle around the house! And I will finish our anniversary with a fine apple brandy as I toast her picture. She's graduated from a high school in April.
