Asuka and Shinji has trauma for her past childhood.

well what i mean is it's not exactly "eva related" any more, it's a fashion brand that uses the general vibe of evangelion rather than being "merch from evangelion". a lot of their stuff looks to have nothing to do with eva at all, except that it'll have weird kaballa runes or an angel wings or some kind of hexagon pattern on it, which gives it an aesthetic similar to eva without being an overt reference.

like sure they make shirts with asuka on them but they didn't get to be in the top 5 clothing brands in japan by having asuka on a shirt, they did it by being "high shinjuku fashion" (whatever that means) that leveraged the branding of eva to create a unique style. not trying to suck their dick or anything but it's really just not "eva merch" which i guess is what you're expecting. that shit is expensive as fuck too, I bought a pair of socks from them for $60 (did it for my girl asuka so worth it)
