Idk. You can buy one and upgrade it by sewing or you can buy it and cosplay with it. Learn how to do makeup. Workout. Honestly I don’t know lmaoo

Learn how to sew. There's tons of guides, books, videos, youtube tutorials etc. Pick something easy for your first cosplay - maybe something from studio ghibli or pokemon trainers or other children's media are usually pretty simple in design, and try and make a part of it. I hope you have fun OP!

The best bang for your buck is usually buying and then making minor alterations to details, like replacing fabric with 3d printed bits and so on.
