I'm wanting to wear this soon, but I need to learn how to make something like this. Nobody actually makes bunny outfits for boys sadly, and women's ones don't work because there's not enough space for us, and there's too much space in the breast cups.
Honestly, I need to learn how to make cosplays period.
Where should I start if I want to make something like this for a convention next month? I've got the same bodily proportions at least.

Well I think you should start simpler. Bunny suits are intermediate to advanced sewing.

I'd say buy a bunny suit pattern and learn to tailor it for yourself. You would need to learn how darts work so you can remove space from the cups and learn to create space for your guy parts.

Make a simple suit out of scrap fabric that has a little stiffness to it so you have an easier time and go from there. It will take 2-3 iterations before it fits just right. Thankfully boy tend to have less curves to sew around so you may have an easier time making it fit you.

I'm not that tall, I'm just 5'8.
I didn't plan on needing underwear necessarily.
I'm using a pretty nice flexible material for the outfit, would I be able to just sew the entire piece with simple patterns? I think if its properly tight, it should just wrap around fine.

I'd look for ankle boots or foldover ankle boots and see about adding straps and buckles onto them maybe. They're a bit weird.

Another option could be wearing some ankle boots that are low and making that boot as a cover that goes on top, sort of like spats or something, with an elastic strap going under the arch.

Those are the options that come to mind immediately.

I actually was recommended a pair by a friend, and they're perfect for the outfit, so I snagged them. I don't think I could make good boots with my skillset currently anyway.

What about gloves? Thats a pretty big one, its actually the last difficult part of the outfit to figure out. I can make the arm warmers and long socks.

It's coming together quite well, the seams are a little makeshift but this actually fits quite well

One last question, what's a good kind of fabric for a blindfold that you can see through? The local craft stores don't have any fabrics like that when I hold them up to my eyes.

Try any medium/light weight weave or knit fabric. Maybe gauze? Or spandex? You may have to get something thin and have 2 layers of it. Maybe whatever material furries use for the eyes?

Heck, you might even like a sheer doubled up so it gives the look of the mask but is somewhat see through.
