Yeah, these 3 are retards getting outsed could be good but, a switch in the leadership may not change much because the problem remain the operational culture of the con (lets not forget that these 3 were the only ones who took this free, unpaid, volunteer thing as a full time job). Staff retention will remain a problem if they still think gaslighting, guilt tripping, and a bag of useless junk are effective strategy in keeping staff.
On the otherhand, a change in management may also fundamentaly change the con to the point that it will affect your enjoyment of the con for the long time attendees, something more casual and more sanitized for the corpors. We could even expect more paid dlc just to suck money out of our wallet.
