im a fatfuck and im scared that im going to ax this year with my gf. aside from the obvious (losing weight) what else can i do to make my feet not hurt so much? i wear comfortable shoes that are not very tight and socks that likewise fit my feet nicely and are not very tight either
you have to start walking now so your body gets used to it. you can have the best most comfortable shoes and socks but if your body is not used to walking for longer periods of time then it will hurt anyway. just start slow by walking 20-30 minutes every day or so and gradually build up from there. also take breaks when you feel like you need one and stay hydrated.
