Just came here to complain about the a similar thing. It wants me to verify ID or whatever, but it won't let me do anything on the website, just says to use the app, but the app just errors and forces me back to the login where it resends the verification code. The option to accept a phone call doesn't go through to my phone. No wonder this thread is dead these days, you can't even browse the listings without being a Chinese citizen now?

Christ, I talked to customer support and I'm not even sure if that fixed it, because at the same time I screwed around on the app until it finally let me upload my passport directly to the app. One way or another my account is unfrozen. Good luck to the other anon with this issue and anyone else in the future.
