I'll be giving up on food. I don't care about taste, what is the best cheap option for me?

bulk frozen chicken breast. either boil them before every meal, or boil a few days worth of chicken breast to optimize the cooking. salt to taste.
bulk whole oats. microwave them with water. flax seed for more fiber. frozen berries for antioxidants and so it isnt bland as shit.
carbs: potatoes, rice, bread, pasta. all of them last a fair amount of time.
snack: bulk trail mix. buy your own nuts and dried fruit in bulk and mix them yourself.
drinks: green tea, black tea, instant coffee, water
i dont have a good veg option yet. idk how to get good veg inside a cheap/quick/efficient form. i want something that lasts a long time, can be bought bulk, and can be prepared quick&easy. i dont want to stop at the grocery store every 3 days to get more fresh veg.

>i dont have a good veg option yet.
i need to research which veg has the best shelf life. id imagine carrots last a while. i do like carrots in the air fryer with oil and salt and pepper.
i also like spinach with oil and red wine vinegar with tomatoes but the lifetime on these are horrible.

canned and frozen veg are fine. frozen broccoli and peas, canned corn and green beans.
for fresh veg - cabbage, celery and carrots all last ages in the fridge.

some amount of salt is necessary for blood pressure and hydration reasons and for the iodine they usually add to it. you'd die without it.

Well... My refrigerator has busted and I gotta get the thermal control switch to activate the defrost cycle. The freezer still works, but the refrigerator isn't cold anymore. I'm kinda broke, so here's what I live on...
>Beer: Put one in freezer when I take one out.
>Frozen pizza
>Frozen vegetables
>Tendies
>Canned shit
>peanuts
It's been a few days, but so far, it's working out well.

>don't care about taste
Then easy. Very low sodium rice, banana, bread, potato diet with tap water to drink. You don't need meat or dairy to live or thrive, it's about the taste for people.
