Best cheese pie i ever had came from Staten Island in the seventies, Formaggio al Forno. Tasted good even when cold. They had dippers ranch too back then, which was really something.

cold pizza is just better than microwave reheated pizza and lazier than oven reheated pizza

Pizza at room temps has begun to have bacteria, it just isn't enough to hurt you and it tastes fine so people eat it. Lots of people also eat cold pizza as in actually cold, like in the frigde, which is also gonna have more bacteria than heating it up, but again, not enough to harm and tastes fine

I only don't eat room temp pizza at like a gross situation, aka a dirty party house where likely it's already been pawed over by sweaty drunk people with poop/weed coated fingers

For me, itโ€™s cold chicken wings. Something about cold temperature and spicy flavor is very pleasing to me. Best enjoyed several hours after youโ€™ve put away the leftovers and have gotten drunk

The real Italian Americans I grew up with threw the whole box of leftover pizza straight in the oven overnight and turned it on low in the morning when they woke up and would have a warm slice after their coffee.

This. I'm convinced there is no proper way to reheat wings without drying them out. Cold wings are always better. It's like grabbing an olive but it's a wing.
