Is there a better late night snack than brie and a baguette?

No, no there is not. It is peak late night snack. Nothing can beat it.

Some slices of apple would do wonders there tbqh, but I agree. Do you warm your brie before eating it?

Interesting, do you mean combine with the slices of apple? Sometimes I have fruit like grapes on the side but this is something I will have to try. Thanks for the recommendation.

I like to keep the toast the baguette slices just until the point crispiness start to develop on the crust while I keep the brie chilled. When you bite into chilled brie on the crispy, warm baguette it's heavenly.

It’s pretty good, I like to lay some prosciutto on top.

For low cal it pickles, or cucumber with hot sauce
