>>21398025 (OP)I'm with you, as long as it's a multigrain bread with lots of seeds and shit. Makes the best toast. Reminiscent of 'real' bread that came before bleached, refined white flours. Yet it's still shelf-stable and filled with preservatives to keep it soft for weeks on end.
I need to start baking again. I hate when I realize sliced bread is just so wrong. So much of what we eat is just terrible processed junk. Even these 'whole wheat breads' contain 10X the ingredients they ever should.
