Cambros are really the only "Commercial' equipment you need at home.

There's a guy who used to post here who had a fucking Hobart mixer in his kitchen. Those motherfuckers are $8k and up. I was looking for used ones recently and saw a new model was going for $45k. He also had a mill to grind his own flour but I don't think I ever caught what brand it was.

It'd be nice to have a meat emulsifier. Every household option I've seen so far either can't process enough meat at a time or is completely cheap garbo.

Can't wait for the burger robot to get locked behind a cage and a wagie to have to open the cage every time someone wants a burger

Max 12 burgers per hour and you have to reload every 4 hours?

Also I donโ€™t have any commercial equipment but my family owned a salad business, was cool to see the spinning drum peeler in action

A stainless prep table makes a great island if you don't have much counter space.

I wonder how top of the line home kitchen tools like a breville immersion blender compare to the cheapest model from an industrial brand like robot coupe.

>invest
Not sure you know what that word means in the context of home kitchen. Do you mean 'buy'?
