I can't stop devouring bags of these little fish. I'm a huge fan of deenz and anchovies as is but recently ventured into the territory of dried fish snacks. Any suggestions are welcomed
>>21398726 (OP)i have millions of little seamen for you to snack on
>>21398726 (OP)the store next to the place I lived at sold charales, or these fried and heavenly seasoned minnow like fish. that store is the only place that sells 'em to my knowledge which kinda sucks.
>>21398892Darn. I would love to try them. A quick search showed they're very regional and overfished. Gonna be on the look out for some
Baby anchovy also make good soup stock. Haven't tried them dry
I have no idea what fish was used but when I lived in Singapore, there was this snacks shop that had some sort of dried fish jerky. Similar to bak kwa but fish. It was my favourite. Also, these weird tiny green chocolates. I guess it would be called yu kwa?
Anyone know wtf I'm talking about?
Also serunding ikan is fantastic. Fish floss. Like pork floss but for muzzies
