I'm looking forward to making burritos this weekend, but I really wanna make sukiyaki or tempura, something fried man.

I want to make beans with either pineapple or regular apple.
Is that a thing or unheard of? I was thinking black beans but open to suggestions.

black beans and pineapple would probably work. I've had pineapple salsa on tacos and stuff with black beans.
I could see apple chunks in baked beans being good. or maybe paired with white beans in something light and fresh.

really looking into baking bread and seeing what I come up with. was diagnosed with coeliac a few years ago so I've never tried to do GF bread and always wanted to do it. Thinking of a mix of rice flour, oat or arrowroot flour, and tapioca starch
