Does anyone else eat too much when cooking at home vs going out?

Everytime I cook I eat until I cant move

No. And I don't believe you.

So when you cook you have unlimited resources? Or are you just a lying faggot?

the problem is that you don't appropriately size your meals. learn portion control and this problem won't happen. you go to a restaurant, when they 6oz steak, they mean it. you want to fill up it's done on appetizers but no matter what you're footing the bill so basically you sort of have to autistically consider exactly how much money you're literally eating away and think of it in those terms to maybe start caring about your portion control, assuming you don't actually care about how much you eat for the sake of your health.

No Legos at the table anon. Mind your manners and portion reasonably, save the rest. It's not rocket surgery

I eat until the food is gone.
It's a problem, because then I run out of food.

I eat Chanko Nabe 5 times a week. I make a huge amount and have 3 bowls including 1 cup of rice. So its about 2500 calories a night.

Just wait until you get older. It'll slow down and you'll miss the days of being able to house a triple cheeseburger and fries and still be hungry

Depends. One time i got a big sausage, so i had to cook it all at once and all the sides had to kinda be proportional so i just made a shit ton. I was so stuffed and felt like Caligula.
Today i just made a single quesadilla and thats it. Not really enough but i dont have a pan big enough to make 2 at once.

I always eat way more at home. It's embarrassing to eat massive amounts of food in public, and I can't slink off to my bed and nap after eating when I eat outside of my home. And no, I'm not fat. I'm like five-ten pounds underweight.

I love leftovers. Sometimes I cook a ton of food and don't even eat it. I just put it in containers in the fridge to have an easy supply of food at any moment.

If I cook with at 100% chef power then absolutely, so I end up making bland food to not overeat.
